9 Cool DIY Fall & Thanksgiving Centerpieces

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, you might need some easy last-minute decorations for your Thanksgiving table or even your fireplace mantle.  Here are 9 cool fall and Thanksgiving centerpieces created by some of my favorite bloggers.  All these centerpieces are very doable, even for less experienced crafters.  (For full disclosure, the first craft shared below was created by a blogger for a campaign funded by my current employer.)

9 Cool Fall & Thanksgiving DIY Centerpieces . . .

1. Fall-themed Mason Jar Vases - Have a hot glue gun?  If you love mason jar crafts, then you'll love this easy DIY fall centerpiece.  Love how this blogger mixes in some bright colors to make the floral arrangement pop!  You could easily use mason jars and scraps of ribbon you already own, making this an easy and affordable craft.
2. DIY Fall Fairy Wand Centerpiece - How fun is this fall centerpiece, especially if you have children?  Add a touch of whimsy to your Thanksgiving table with this fairy wand centerpiece.  Make each wand a little different, creating the perfect party favors for young guests to take home after Thanksgiving dinner!
3. Thankful Turkey Thanksgiving Centerpiece - This crafts is a perfect one to make with your children.  Not only will they get to upcycle an empty milk jug, but they will also be able to share what they are thankful for this year.  Click the link above for instructions plus a free printable template.
4. Dried Flowers Centerpiece with Matching Wreath - I just love the colors of this mixed dried eucalyptus bouquet.  Don't get me wrong, I find the color of fall foliage to be just beautiful, but sometimes these tranquil hues are a nice change.  This blogger uses one bouquet she purchased to create both a wreath and a centerpiece for fall!
5. Fall Leaves and Pumpkins Centerpiece - This centerpiece is one of my favorites among the ones shared here today.  It's amazing how this blogger created something so gorgeous by spending so little.  I also love that this centerpiece can be reused year after year.

7. DIY Vine-Wrapped Thanksgiving Centerpiece - Simple, but lovely is how I would describe this centerpiece.  You'll be amazed at how easy this DIY project is!  Be sure to read how this blogger plans to reuse some of the parts for future holiday centerpieces.
8. "Thanks" Bottle Vases Centerpiece - Does someone at your house like to drink refrigerated iced coffee in bottles?  My husband does!  This would be a perfect craft for us.  I love the simple message and rustic colors.  Now I just have to remember to save all his glass iced coffee bottles next summer . . . 
9. Cinnamon Stick Floral Centerpiece - This centerpiece was technically designed for Christmas, but I think the cinnamon sticks are perfect for fall.  Of all the ideas shared here today, I want to try this one first because I love the smell of cinnamon.  You could easily replace the berries with foliage for Thanksgiving.  Then pop those berries back into place and you'll be all set for Christmas!

9 Cool Boba Fett Star Wars T-Shirts

Like many other who saw the original Star Wars movies in the theater as a child, I grew up a fan.  My husband, however, is a die-hard fan.  I've even accompanied him to a few midnight showings when each episode of the second trilogy opened in theaters.  Boba Fett happens to be one of my husband's favorite Star Wars characters (although he has many), so I have been keeping my eye out for especially cool Boba Fett t-shirts for the past . . . oh, twenty years.  There are really too many to fit into one list and likely many more cool ones I have yet to discover, so there might be a second list coming sometime in the future.  The 9 cool Boba Fett t-shirts included in the list below have been husband-approved . . .

1. Star Wars Boba Fett Sarlacc Bait Men's T-Shirt - Although there are some bold Boba Fett t-shirt designs out there that are very cool, the subtlety of this artistic portrayal of the character makes this t-shirt perfect for a fan with more conservative and sophisticated taste.

2. Star Wars Retro Boba Fett Adult T-Shirt - For any fan who has collected all the movie poster tees, this retro Boba Fett t-shirt is a great one to add to the collection!  My husband loves ALL the retro tees because they bring back fond childhood Star Wars memories.

3. Star Wars Boba Fett of Mandalore Men's Graphic T-Shirt -  This depiction of Boba Fett's battle-scarred helmet is amazing and full of detail.  If you look closely, you'll see a reflection of Han Solo frozen in carbonite on the front, a reminder of why this bounty hunter is a legend.

4. Star Wars Boba Fett Bounty Hunter All Over Licensed Graphic T-Shirt - An amazingly awesome work of art is how I would describe this Boba Fett t-shirt.  The colors are bold and stunning.  This shirt would make the perfect gift for a true Boba Fett fan!

5. Star Wars Boba Fett Helmet Logo Men's Dark Grey T-Shirt - This Star Wars-themed logo is unique because the art is very detailed and it has dimension.  What makes this Boba Fett shirt design cool to my husband is the style of the art and the colors used in the logo against the steel grey background.

6. Star Wars Boba Fett Mandalorian Clone Men's Graphic T-Shirt - Typography is so popular currently.  I believe I've seen similar Star Wars typography designs to this one using other characters on both t-shirts and wall art.  My husband found this design to be quite clever.

7. Star Wars Cloud City Boba Fett Men's Graphic T-Shirt - This The Empire Strikes Back t-shirt features Cloud City at sunset.  My husband loves the colors.  For a true Star Wars fan, you almost don't need the movie logo at the bottom, but it is a very cool Boba Fett t-shirt nonetheless.

8.  Star Wars Boba Fett Blaster Gun Graphic T-shirt - We just had to include at least one shirt on this list of Boba Fett in the classic pose with his blaster in-hand pointing up.  Like other Boba Fett designs on this list, the artwork is extremely detailed and impressive.

9.   Star Wars Boba Fett Sugar Skull Juniors Graphic T-Shirt - Like typographical art, sugar skull art is everywhere.  I love how this graphic tee was designed with women in mind, but the representation of Boba Fett is clearly recognizable.


I was happy to find a cool Boba Fett t-shirt designed for female fans!  Although many of the shirts are labeled "men's" they are really suitable for both male and female Boba Fett fans.
